Sample of Foods (Photography)
Living with food restrictions doesn’t have to mean accepting food with an unpleasant taste or consistency; it is usually possible to alter your favorite dishes to be free of what you can’t have. Everything I cook and bake is free of gluten, soy, dairy, and eggs. I avoid sugar and processed grains for most dishes. I often adapt recipes to other people’s special needs–both friends’ and clients’. And I’ve written and adapted gluten-free, allergen-free recipes for a national (American) magazine, as well. Here are photos that my husband and I have taken of a few of the dishes I’ve created. (Click on the first one to view larger images as a gallery.)
